PCS is a memeber of Parkwood Holdings plc, which delisted from the London Stock Exchange on 15 Jun 2011. Employing over 6000 people, Parkwood Holdings plc is a leading provider of support services including Grounds Management, Leisure Management, Healthcare and the management of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects.

History
PCS was established in 1997 as the Group`s multi-disciplinary project management business to address the PFI and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) markets. With a head office based in Stratford-upon-Avon, the company has since grown to become a leading specialist consultancy, delivering project solutions within a full range of procurement environments.
