Parkwood Consultancy Services is a multi-disciplinary project management and consulting business. A member of the Parkwood Holdings Group, the company delivers project solutions within a full range of procurement options based on a thorough understanding of client requirements. The range of services offered comprise: management consulting, including strategic planning and feasibility studies; bid management, including managing construction projects from inception to completion; life cycle fund management; quality and environmental monitoring; environmental services.
Established in 1997 and a leader in the provision of leisure facilities through PFI/PPP solutions, the business now requires a Managing Director to take it into a post-PFI environment where new projects under the design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) process will prevail.
The successful candidate will be a graduate with a technical competency of their own, who engenders respect and can motivate others and in so doing, will build the client base and lead the profitable development of the business.
