We have been operating within the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) arena since 1997 and during this time, have developed a strong track record in both bid management and ongoing Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) management services.
Having taken a number of PFI/PPP projects to financial close, together with one large project variation, we have established a robust and effective supply chain with key partners, including senior lenders, construction partners, FM providers, architects, financial and legal advisors.

Working alongside a range of partners, we carefully match skills to the needs of particular projects. We prefer to lead and bid manage each consortium, having a strong belief that the project managers and service providers are of equal importance to the design and build partners, working closely with the client for the full length of the concession period.
